Shipping and Payment Information
1. Shipping
All Saint-Cloe orders are prepared and shipped from Italy within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times
Deliveries are made via Poste Delivery Business, DHL Parcel Connect, or trusted courier partners depending on destination.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.
For orders over €89, shipping within Italy and Europe is free.
Any customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your parcel in real time.
