1. Local and International Shipping Options
Saint-Cloe offers both local and international shipping. The available shipping options vary by destination and include:
• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days for local orders and 7-15 business days for international shipments.
• Express Shipping: Fast delivery within 1-3 business days for local orders and 5-7 days for international shipments.
Shipping times may vary depending on the geographical area and the availability of the selected courier.
2. Supported Shipping Zones
We ship to the following areas:
• Local Shipping: Throughout Italy.
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. However, please note that some regions may have restrictions or longer delivery times due to customs or logistical service constraints.
The user is responsible for checking the shipping restrictions in their country before placing an order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package. The exact costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, prior to order confirmation. Additionally, we offer free shipping for orders over €149 in certain countries or regions.
Additional charges, such as customs fees or import duties, are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.
4. Return, Exchange, Damage, and Lost Package Policy
Returns and Exchanges
• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchanges are only possible for defective or incorrect items. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product.

Damages
If an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of damage will be required, and at our discretion, we may offer a full refund, a replacement, or a discount.
Lost Packages
If a package is not delivered within 30 days of the expected shipping date, please contact our customer service. We will conduct an investigation with the courier, and in case of confirmed loss, we will proceed with a refund or a reshipment.
5. Order Processing and Delivery Times
Order processing times are 1-3 business days, in addition to the shipping times indicated in the “Shipping Options” section. Orders are processed only during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
6. Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express;
• Electronic payments: PayPal, Klarna;
• Bank transfer: Only for orders over €200;
• Cash on delivery (only for local orders): With an additional fee of €5.
All payments are processed via secure, encrypted channels. We do not store any credit card or payment details on our server.
7. Payment Requirements and Instructions
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the user must provide proof of payment within 3 business days, otherwise, the order may be canceled.
Any fees applied by banks or payment service providers are the responsibility of the user. In case of a declined payment, please contact your financial institution.
