All items sold by Saint-Cloe are new and 100% Made in Italy, crafted with care by local artisans.
Each product page provides detailed information about materials, sizes, and colors.
Minor variations or natural irregularities are part of the artisanal production process and not considered defects.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated before order confirmation.
Saint-Cloe reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the prices applicable are those confirmed at checkout.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed exclusively through the official website.
Accepted payment methods include:

An order is considered complete only after payment confirmation.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Italy within 1–4 business days using Poste Italiane Business or courier partners.

6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, following the terms of our Return Policy.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is verified.
7. Warranty
All Saint-Cloe products come with a 24-month legal warranty under Italian law (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
In case of defects, the customer may request a replacement or refund.
