Return Policy

1. General Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Saint-Cloe.

If for any reason you are not, you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

2. Return Requirements

To be accepted, the item must:

• Be new, unused, and in perfect condition;
• Be returned with the original dust-bag, packaging, and accessories;
• Show no signs of wear, stains, or damage;
• Still have the Saint-Cloe tag attached.

Saint-Cloe reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Procedure

To request a return:

1. Contact us at SaintCloe@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive return instructions via email.
3. Ship the item to:
   Saint-Cloe – Via di Galceti 81, 59100 Prato (PO), Italy.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise specified by customer service.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days using the same payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return shipping will be covered by Saint-Cloe, and you can choose between a refund or replacement.

6. Exclusions

For hygiene or customization reasons, personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
