We ship both within Italy and internationally via Poste Delivery Business, a secure and trackable service.
Italy: delivery usually takes 1–4 business days.
International: delivery times vary from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
You will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow your shipment step by step.
Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €89; for orders under €89, a fixed fee of €4.90 applies. For international orders, shipping costs €9.90.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from receipt to request it, for both national and international orders. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, please contact us via email; we will provide all the specific instructions to complete your return without difficulty.
